This applies to all RailParcels users — Customers, Lease Holders, Station Supervisors, Agents, and any other account type on the Platform — including anyone who connected to RailParcels via a third-party login such as Facebook/Meta.
1. What Gets Deleted
When you submit a verified deletion request, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise the following information associated with your account:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- All booking/consignment details linked to your account
- Any saved GST/billing data
- Your account login details, including any third-party (e.g. Facebook/Meta) login link
Where applicable law requires us to retain certain records — for example GST invoices, e-way bills, or other statutory documents under Indian tax law — we retain only what is legally required and delete the rest, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. How to Request Deletion

4. What Happens Next
- We verify your identity using the details you provide (name, registered phone/email, and Booking/Order ID if available).
- We locate all personal data, booking records, and login details associated with your account.
- We delete or anonymise this data, retaining only what is legally required (e.g. GST/statutory records) for the minimum period mandated by law.
- We confirm completion by email, typically within 30 days of a verified request.
5. Facebook / Meta Login Users
If you signed in to RailParcels using your Facebook account, submitting a deletion request as described above will remove the data associated with your RailParcels account, including the link to your Facebook login. You may separately manage or remove RailParcels' access from your Facebook account at any time via Facebook's Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites page.
